Islamic Social Affairs provides Islamic marriage contracts, family issue consulting, marital consultation, divorce services, in-office consultations, Zoom consultations, and will preparation assistance. We aim to support and guide you in resolving relationship issues and finding lasting solutions in accordance with Islamic principles.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

3. Services Offered

Islamic Marriage Contracts: Assistance in drafting and finalizing marriage contracts inline with Islamic teachings. Family Issue Consulting: Guidance on family-related matters. Marital Consultation: Counseling for marital issues. Divorce Services: Support and guidance through divorce processes. In-office Consultations: Face-to-face meetings in our office (limited). Zoom Consultations: Remote consultations via Zoom. Will Preparation Assistance: Help with preparing wills according to Islamic law.

4. Payment Terms

We accept card or cash payments for our services. Payment must be made in full at the time of service.

5. User Responsibilities

Users must provide accurate and complete information for account creation and consultation purposes. Users must comply with all applicable rules and regulations of the state of Michigan. Users are solely responsible for any consequential actions or outcomes from using our services.

6. Limitations of Liability

Islamic Social Affairs makes no guarantees of any specific results from the use of our services. Users acknowledge full responsibility for compliance with state regulations and any legal implications resulting from the use of our services.

We respect your privacy and do not share your personal data with any third parties without your prior consent, except when required by law.

8. Jurisdiction and Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Michigan. Any disputes arising from these terms or the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Michigan.

These terms remain in effect until terminated by either party. Both users and Islamic Social Affairs have the right to terminate the agreement at any time for any reason.
